Pokemon Description:

Moungotor a mountain goat Pokemon, Who spent most of its time challanging itself to
reach the top of the mountain. As most mountain goats they like to test there strength
with other Moungotors. It is said that these facinating creature are very caring despite
there rough looking appearence, they have saved many mountain climbers n snow skyers/boarders from there accidents.

Yes I drew this image in SAI, an art tool program similar to Adobe Photoshop. Good idea on the description, I will make one soon. Thansks

Yeah, you are correct on the assumption, Moungotor came from the idea of Camerupt especially on the volcanic mountain on his back, so i decided to use that style but changing it to a Snow mountain. Lolen's Pokedex: Moungotor 2079375586
